At this stage, what we can do to help together is:

cover the cost of the blood tests,
surgical cleaning and, as far as possible, closing the tissues.

Get the kitty off the street and move them to a foster carer.

At this stage, there is no indication for putting the kitty to sleep.

Everything depends on your involvement and activity ..
